About the Project

+ Kick-started a User Center Design Process (UCD) and developed the UX Vision for the news & entertainment web platform "Second Screen" including TV, news and video library web sites
+ Conducted stakeholders interviews and collaborated with marketing, sales and IT departments as well as project manager and leader
+ Researched best practices and recorded certain functions and features for further design & development
+ Used analytics to make informed decisions on Information Architecture and set design approaches
+ Created an online Axure prototype with UI & content specifications, so all stakeholders involved can have access and provide with valuable feedback to our iterative design process
+ Designed a responsive web strategy in collaboration with front-end and back-end developers including complex advertising and video considerations and limitations  
+ Designed with modular approach small-layout systems and content zones enabling client teams to include them across all content sections where and when is needed
+ Developed a UI Style Guide for all web platform sites
+ Defined primary and secondary user personas
+ Identified critical user tasks and actions and developed related user stories highlighting the value for the user in each case
